BARBARA VITORIA
MBA from Edith Cowan University in Australia, is managing director of ICC and has over ten years’ professional consulting experience including: numerous assignments to develop the private sector, conducting market research in Southern African countries to identify ways to improve access to financial markets for the poor; assignments in the area of microfinance, developing the capacity of Small and Medium Enterprises in Africa, organisational design and institutional strengthening; and market research for private sector and donor organisations. Barbara has carried out assignments for DFID, EU, the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Norad, Sida, UNDP and the World Bank, and microfinance organisations such as Accion International and CGAP. She has held several management positions both in Zimbabwe and in New Zealand. She is also a certified Trainer of Trainers from the Commonwealth Association for Corporate Governance. Barbara is based in Harare.
