MSc in Mechanical Engineering from La Plata University, Argentina, has an extensive experience in development programs and projects, particularly on private sector development. Carlos specialises in SME development, B2B and B4D, public-private partnership, match-making and joint ventures. He has university teaching experience. Carlos works in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Swedish. Carlos is head of EuroLatina, www.eurolatina.com. He is a passionate inventor and in 2002 won the Stockholm Inventor Award. Carlos is based in Stockholm.
